The points formula

EventPoints = max(1, (N - Place + 1) * Strength(EventRating)); season total = cumulative sum.

N = number of fencers in the event. Place = finish; tied fencers share a place and earn equal points; last place scores 1. Event difficulty is the USA Fencing classification: within a letter a higher number is stronger, so A2 beats A1, and earlier letters beat later ones. A2 was the strongest classification held in Arizona this season, set to full weight of 1.0. Season total is cumulative; PPE is points per event.
